Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the OAuth Verification Pack and related materials (the “Service”), operated by [Legal entity](“we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a business-to-business information and template product. We provide documents, checklists, and guidance to help you prepare your application for Google’s OAuth verification. The Service is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and is not a substitute for professional advice where your situation requires it.

2. No affiliation with Google

We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. “Google” and related marks belong to their owner. Google controls its own review process and may change its requirements at any time.

3. No guarantee of approval — and our refund

We cannot and do not guarantee that Google will verify or approve your app: that decision is Google’s alone. What we do guarantee is our refund promise — see the Refund & Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• You give accurate information at intake; the pack is built from what you provide.
• You review the materials and are responsible for what you submit to Google.
• You will not resell or redistribute the pack or templates.
• Apps requesting restricted scopes (e.g. full Gmail/Drive) or handling special-category data (health, or users under 16) are out of scope; we will diagnose and refer you appropriately.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered materials for your own app. We retain ownership of the underlying templates and methodology.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
