Refund & Guarantee Policy

Last updated 23 July 2026

The guarantee is the point of the product: the risk should be ours, not yours. Here’s exactly how it works — including how we check a claim, so the promise stays honest for everyone.

Approved or your money back

If you apply the pack and Google still won’t pass your app, we make it right: first we revise your pack and you resubmit — free — and if a resubmission built on the pack is still rejected for something the pack covered, we refund what you paid. You have 60 days from delivery to claim.

We can afford this because the pack only contains fixes that trace to a documented Google requirement — each one cites Google’s own page. What we can’t promise is Google’s decision itself; that is theirs alone. So the guarantee is precise: we meet Google’s published requirements, backed by the refund.

How a claim works

  1. Email hello@oauthpack.dev within 60 days with Google’s rejection or status message — forward the email from Google, or send a screenshot of the verification status in your Google Cloud console.
  2. We confirm it’s an issue the pack covered. Because the guarantee depends on you having applied the changes, we may re-check your live app (the same public checks the free scanner runs) to confirm the fixes are in place.
  3. We revise your pack for the new feedback at no charge, and you resubmit — as many reasonable rounds as it takes.
  4. If a resubmission built on the pack is still rejected for an in-scope issue, we refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Where mandatory consumer-protection rights apply to you, this policy does not reduce them.
